WARRANTY & RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All unopened and unused paddles can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 2 weeks of arrival. In order for a paddle to be considered unopened and unused, it must have the plastic wrap still completely on the grip and the paddle must not have ever been used. Any evidence of use, marks, damage, or any indicator the paddle is no longer new, will void this offer and is at the discretion of Kourt Shark. Kourt Shark reserves the right to deal with exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Balls must be fully enclosed within the packaging and completely unopened. Any tampering with the packaging will result in voiding the eligibility of return.

 

Clothing must be damaged or incorrect, and unworn to be returned. 

PADDLE WARRANTY

We stand behind all our products. Our paddles are designed by players, for players. All our paddles come with a limited lifetime warranty that protects against manufacturer defects. â€‹If you purchase your paddle from kourtshark.com you will automatically be registered for our warranty program. If you purchased from one of our retail partners, customers must register for our warranty program through Kourt Shark.com within 1 month of their purchase. To do so, simply fill out the below form and we will email you. Once you receive this email, please follow the instructions to submit your original receipt. The coverage is limited to the original purchaser.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for the lifespan of the paddle and we also cover handle breakage up to one year after purchase and registration. The lifetime of our paddles is dependent on how well the paddles are cared for and their usage. For most players who play daily, a paddle should be retired after about 1 year. For players who play less than that, a paddle life span is typically about 3 years.​

What is Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or modification, natural breakdown or fading of graphics and/or grit finish, or damage to the paddle from striking the ground or hitting any object other than a pickleball.
